Hello,

I have difficulties in printing colored documents in true colors. Colors in
gutenprint driver (e.g. Canon Pixma MG6350) are too dark and a little bit
false in comparison with the linux driver delivered from Canon. However the
Canon driver doesn' support all functions (e.g. CD printing, only one
printing quality (output resolution)) and printing photos are executed in
terminal. But printed documents from LibreOffice, firefox and other
applications have the right colors.

What can I do, to adjust colors in gutenprint drriver without calabration
procedures as 'Colormunki Photo', because I don't have such a equipment and
it is very expensive to buy one.

I'm looking for an easy way for printing documents in correct colors. For
printing excelent photos, I knew, I need ICC-profiles from calibration with
the photo application (gimp, photoprint, ...). There are very many
adjustable parameters in the gutenprint driver and needs a lot of time and
a lot of paper and ink to find out the right values.

Would be glad to hear from you!
