I have this printer connected to a Windows XP Pro PC. I replaced the HP 78
color cartridge, however I am unable to get it to print in color. Plus the
alignment keeps failing.



Please advise me on what I need to do.

Hi,

Unfortunately we have no one working on the PCL driver for Gutenprint,
so unless someone steps up we won't have any expertise on that
printer. Also, Gutenprint does not support Windows.

This, however, sounds like it may be a hardware problem with the
printer, which we're also not able to support.
